FOOD FOR THOUGHT

There's always a story

Weekends were a fanfare. There were numerous visitors, family and friends all enjoying each others company, joined together by a delightful 'Sunday Food'. These are my early memories and in retrospect I now know that the essence of my craft lives within those memories. It is built around community, celebration and good food.

Chef Jawanza grew up in the countryside of Barbados. The beauty of life in the tropics permeates effortlessly through him and transforms into vibrant flavours and alluring presentations pillared by a strong appreciation for hospitality.
